There are two men in the middle of the desert. Man 1 notices that some has poisoned the Man 2's water canteen. In a quick intersection of their paths, Man 1 pokes a hole in Man 2's canteen to let the poison water drain out. Then they leave seperate ways and never come in contact again. Man 2 dies of thirst afterwards. Did Man 1 kill Man 2?
