Writers Strike Update #5

As you all know, this horrible writers strike is going into the new year. There is some minor progress though, but not enough to make a huge difference. The Late Night Shows with Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel, Conan o' Brien, and David Letterman, are returning. They made seperate deals away from the rest of the writers. There is also more bad news. Chuck, which had two episodes remaining, is being replaced on the schedule by American Gladiators. I don't know if Chuck is not coming back or if it is just until the strike is over. The Office reruns have stopped and NBC is now going to show The Celebrity Apprentice. This is also taking the place of Scrubs. I think that Deal or No Deal is taking the place of My Name is Earl and 30 Rock on Thursday nights but I am not positive.

Other Shows:
Pushing Daisies--0 episodes remaining
House--3 episodes remaining
The Simpsons--12 episodes remaining
Scrubs--Has 6 episodes remaining, but I don't know where they will fit them in
Daily Show/Colbert Report--Return in new year
Heroes--Obviously no episodes remaining
Lost--8 episodes completed, premeries in January
24--8 of 24 episodes completed, won't start until day 7 will have few or no interruptions.
