Writers Strike

The writers strike that is going on is very bad for television. The writers guild of America went on strike in 1988 and it lasted 4 months. 4 months!! Imagine if it goes on for that long now. The Office only has one new episode left (this upcoming Thursday) and Heroes doesn't have too many left. Other extremely popular shows like Lost and Grey's Anatomy are all only about halfway done filming their seasons and are running into big problems. Many shows all across the air are being put on hiatus and television is going downhill. The writers are asking for more money from DVD sales and internet downloads. I completely support them because what they want is very important, but because of this strike, millions of american television, film, and theater watchers are being told to wait for the stike to end. After the upcoming episode of The Office, I will no longer be able to post reviews for The Office, unless you want me to post about reruns (I'm not going to). Anyway IDK if people like reality tv shows but alot of network tv slots will be reruns and new reality tv shows coming really soon, unless a deal is made. ):
